Between 9:30 and 10:30 am, DM and SSP must conduct a public hearing in their office

Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, stated that the current administration is dedicated to development and good governance. The needy must receive the advantages of government programs for this to happen. He gave the officials the directive that all amenities required for establishment and growth should be made available in the motivational areas so that the general populace may take use of them. He also gave instructions to achieve the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.

The CM shared this opinion with senior administrative authorities during a meeting that was conducted today at Lok Bhawan in this city. He has experience in basic education, AYUSH, irrigation, energy, health, food, and logistics. He has also worked in rural development, public works, social welfare, Panchayati Raj, revenue, secondary education, child development, nutrition, agriculture, and women's welfare. The authorities ordered that all departments intend to use all budgeted monies in the fiscal year 2019–20 after examining the tourist department. Know the facts.

The CM stated that officers should analyze the financial clearances issued from the government level and department level every month when reviewing the financial sanctions for the fiscal year 2019–20. Sanctions and money should be released on schedule. Work shouldn't be halted because of this. To ensure that all work is finished on time, financial fines should not be applied in advance but rather during the final months of the fiscal year. Departmental work and budget should both be assessed regularly.

He stated that all departments should deliver Utility Certificates to the Government of India promptly, providing the requisite parameters for the funding received from the Central Government. Additionally, the Central Government's plans should be made known to the state's Resident Commissioner.

The CM advised the nodal officers to interact with the local populace during the district inspection and solicit comments regarding development and welfare programs as well as the redress of public grievances. The resolution of the complaint should be based on the complainant's satisfaction with the IGRS and CM hotline. Justice must be served to all complainants. Additionally, the officials should make sure that their department's outstanding performance is publicly publicized. Public hearings must be held at the offices of the District Magistrate and Senior Superintendent of Police from 9:30 am to 10:30 pm.

Senior officers, including Chief Secretary Shri RK Tiwari, were present.
